Regular cleanings and checkups are the foundation of a healthy childhood smile. From the very first tooth through the teen years, these visits let us track how your child's teeth and gums are developing and step in early if anything needs attention. During a visit, we gently clean your child's teeth, check for cavities and developing concerns, and explain everything in words a child can understand. We take our time so even nervous first-timers leave feeling proud of their visit instead of afraid of it. Our approach is preventive first. We focus on building good habits and stopping small problems before they grow, and we always walk parents through what we see and what, if anything, to do next. Most children do best with a checkup and cleaning every six months. We'll recommend a schedule that fits your child's specific needs.
